We're hiring a Sales/Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service, assist with inquiries, and drive sales. You'll be the first point of contact, engaging with customers both in-person and over the phone. Responsibilities include resolving issues, recommending products, processing transactions, and building strong customer relationships. Sales experience and excellent communication skills are essential.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
Proven sales and/or customer service experience
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
