Job details
The CSR will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
· Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
· Communicating with customers through various channels on a global level.
· Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
· Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
· Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
· Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
· Take the extra mile to engage customers
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
· Bsc, or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications on the job role.
· Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
· Knowledge on the use of computers.
· 2 years’ experience on the job
· Proximity to lekki an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦960,000.00 - ₦1,200,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lekki: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer support: 2 years (Preferred)
